Standard 2-Year Limited Warranty

At CozyCloud, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every boneless sofa we make. This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from CozyCloud and covers defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
For two years from your purchase date, CozyCloud will, at its option and at no charge to you, repair or replace any covered product or component that fails under normal domestic use due to:

Defects in foam cores, stitching, seams, zippers, or fabric

Structural failures of support elements (e.g. internal honeycomb cores)

Manufacturing faults in any hardware or interlocking components
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

Improper assembly, alteration, or repair not authorized by CozyCloud

Misuse, abuse, or use for commercial purposes (e.g. hospitality, rental)

Exposure to extreme heat, moisture, chemicals, or direct sunlight
-
Normal wear and tear (e.g. fabric pilling, slight colour fading over time)
-
Accidental damage, spills, stains, burns, or pet activities
-
Products sold as seconds, floor stock, or with disclosed pre-existing defects
-
Products not purchased directly from CozyCloud
3. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you discover a defect covered by this warranty:

Notify us within 30 days of noticing the issue by emailing info@cozycloud.au.

Proof of purchase (order number, date, retailer)

Description of the defect and the date you first observed it

Photographs:

Two wide-angle shots showing the product and defect location

Two close-ups highlighting the specific fault

(Optional) A short video demonstrating the issue

Our team will review your claim and may request additional information.
5. Remedy Options
Once your claim is approved, CozyCloud will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective part free of charge

Replace the entire product or defective component
-
Refund the purchase price (for a major failure)
CozyCloud covers all repair or replacement shipping costs within Australia.
6. Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the address on the sales receipt. It may not be transferred or assigned.
